ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born in the Netherlands, I became an immigrant to Canada at age six. As an adult, I spent considerable time living in Holland & Ireland. Currently, I live near London, Ontario, Canada and also have a studio in Co.Clare, Ireland.

In 1976, I became a Fine Arts Honour's Graduate of the Ontario College of Art & Design, Toronto, Canada. I also won the "W.C. Forsyth Award" for excellence in painting.

My work is an ardent and sincere attempt to join in dialogue with issues concerning our human condition.
